ENTRY & PAYMENT

  • Gate Fee: $10 per person (no credit cards accepted at the gate)
  • Cash and digital payments accepted: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay

RAINOUT POLICY

We know you’re ready to play, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. Once any game begins, refunds cannot be issued, even if play is stopped. Thank you for understanding.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS

Grab a meal at The Stik! Whether you’re craving a snack, breakfast, or a full meal, we have it all, including refreshing non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Order ahead with The Stik Grab & Go:

  1. Open your phone camera
  2. Scan the QR code
  3. Place your order and pay
  4. Pick up your food at The Stik concession stand

Visit The Coffee Loft for espresso, lattes, frappes, and brewed coffee to start your day or recharge mid-game.

NOT ALLOWED

  • Gum or sunflower seeds (they damage the field and attract geese)
  • Coffee from outside businesses
  • Pets
  • Foul language or bad attitudes
  • Aggressive behavior (will result in removal or police intervention)

ALLOWED

  • Personal drink tumblers
  • Baby snacks and formula
  • Bottled water
  • Coolers with ice only (no drinks inside)
  • Special dietary or diabetic food needs (please notify staff)
  • Umpires are permitted to bring drinks and coolers.

Roster Requirements

  • Rosters must be submitted prior to your team’s first game.
  • All players must have proof of age available upon request.
  • Guest players are permitted but must be listed on the roster before gameplay.

 

Code of Conduct

We believe tournaments should be competitive, fun, and respectful.

  • Coaches are expected to set the tone for sportsmanship.
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior by coaches, players, or spectators may result in ejection.
  • Umpires’ decisions are final. Appeals can be made through proper channels only.
